Though their contributions to state values are always nice. Thus diplomacy is extremely useful when large and stewardship when small. Unlike the other scores, diplomacy and stewardship actually have a non-state level effect, improving your vassal limit and demesne limit respectfully.Learning does have several breakpoints for doing actions like writing books or joining societies, so you might want at least 8 or 10, but don't care so much about additional points.Unlike other attributes its benefits are very slowly built up over time and do not give immediate bonuses, harder to rate. Each additional point of learning is only useful when above count and not a nomad. The ruler's skill itself isn't that important when starting or defending against plots. Intrigue is far more polarizing, as there's a lot more useful plots you can start and be invited to join as a vassal than as an independent ruler. As you get more and more vassals, more of your power will come from them and keeping them happy, making diplomacy more important. When small, stewardship and martial are especially important as most of your power comes from your demesne.

Diplomacy, Martial, and Stewardship are always going to be very useful attributes on your ruler.Since CK3 is coming out soon, I wanted to rate the different attributes in CK2 to give a baseline comparison for how things are being improved and where improvements are needed for attributes.
